This is a prepositional poem that we did for a class project.

Dragon and moon / Dragon y Luna

 On the hill

Now in the air

Through the clouds

Amidst the flame

To the flash of pearly white spires

Down the mountain they blaze

Toward the red

Strait at the black

Under the stomach

Out the jaws

The mighty drakes clash

Something just occurred to me and before I forget here it is. We recently read “The Giver” by Lois Lowry and in that book’s wold words are very important. As I was walking down to grab my book Black Elk Speaks (awesome!) I thought to myself harassment is a word that the people in The Giver must hate because harassment can be as light as pestering your friend or horrid like whipping a medieval prisoner. Harassment and harassing are light, heavy, indiscriminate, and personal. It’s a shame to have only one word where eight could be more useful and effective. On second thought possibly they love it because it has so many uses like a verbal Swiss Army knife.

Todays daily question of the random interval is:
What is the politically correct term for an adult male who obsesses over “my little pony”?
